Robert E. PatricelliRobert E. Patricelli
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Bob is Founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Women's Health USA. Its principal subsidiaries are Women's Health Connecticut and In Vitro Sciences. Prior to forming Women's Health USA, Bob was Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Value Health, a NYSE company and the nation's leading specialty managed care company. Founded in 1987, Bob directed Value Health's growth to a $2 billion multi-specialty organization covering 80 million lives for 6,000 customers, including more than 200 of the Fortune 500 companies. In 1997, Value Health was sold to Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation.

From 1977 to 1987, Bob served in a variety of positions at Connecticut General Corporation and its successor, CIGNA Corporation, culminating as Executive Vice President of the parent company and president of its health care group. Prior to CIGNA, Bob held appointments in numerous positions in the Federal Government, starting as a White House Fellow and serving as Minority Counsel to a U.S. Senate Subcommittee, Deputy Under Secretary of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, and as Administrator of the Urban Mass Transportation Administration.

Bob is a member of the Board of Directors of Northeast Utilities, Curagen Corporation, and Wesleyan University, and a member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences.

Vicki BaldwinVicki Baldwin
President and CEO, In Vitro Sciences, Inc.

Vicki is President and CEO of In Vitro Sciences, which provides management services to advanced reproductive medical practices.

In 1985, Ms. Baldwin founded IntegraMed America, a public company where she developed and operated advanced reproductive medical practices. She served as an executive officer and director of the company for 10 years. Formerly, Ms. Baldwin was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.

She has served for over 10 years as a member of the board of directors of National RESOLVE, a non-profit consumer group with chapters nationwide offering education, advocacy, and support to individuals experiencing infertility. She was elected Chair of the Board in 2001.

Nancy BernsteinNancy Bernstein
President, Management Services Division

Nancy is responsible for overseeing Women's Health Connecticut and Women's Health New York, as well as all physician services of Women's Health USA, including its multi-state clinical trials network.

Prior to joining Women's Health Connecticut, Nancy held senior positions in strategic planning, marketing, managed care and business development at the University of Connecticut Health Center. Prior to that, she was responsible for planning and marketing at a private psychiatric hospital. She also held corporate and divisional roles in planning and managed care with a large Catholic multi-hospital system headquartered in Michigan.

Nancy is active in many civic and community organizations, including serving on the boards of UConn Business School's Health Care Management Program, Hartford's Breakthrough Magnet School, and Dance Connecticut.

Rick BucchiRick Bucchi
Senior Vice President and CIO

Rick is responsible for the strategic and operational directions of Information Technology for the company.

Prior to joining Women's Health USA, Rick held CIO and management positions at American Payment Systems, as well as in banking, distribution and software companies. His career spans over 30 years, during which time he has also developed and run customer call/service centers and has led a sales and marketing division for a major medical supply company.

Rick has been president of the Central New England Society of Information Management organization and past Chairman of the Wheeler Regional Family YMCA. Currently, he is on the Advisory Board of two technology companies and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Wheeler Clinic.

Benjamin S. ColmanBenjamin S. Colman
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development

As Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development, Ben is responsible for strategic planning, project management, and implementation related to major new business expansion. He also applies his background in operational excellence and business transformation to help us operate our businesses in the most efficient manner.

Prior to joining our team, Ben was a Second Vice President with Travelers Insurance where he engaged in strategic work, helped design and run several large-scale program management offices, and led business transformation initiatives. Prior to Travelers, he served as Regional Executive Director, Quality and Healthcare Management Operations, for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Initially he developed and ran the healthcare management program office, then managed seven operational units, in addition to leading several initiatives to implement standards, improve processes, and re-design organizations and functions.

Prior to his corporate roles, Ben spent seven years as a management consultant in a variety of industries, mostly with Accenture in their Human Performance practice, where he worked for fortune 500 clients and the U.S. government. There he worked on large-scale business simulation application development projects, in addition to organizational design, learning design, process improvement, operational excellence, communication planning, and project management.

Ben is a project management professional and a member of the project management institute.

Lynda GodkinLynda Godkin
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Lynda is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs for the company.

Prior to joining Women's Health USA, Lynda was senior vice president of state and community relations at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. following her role as senior vice president and general counsel of Hartford Life, Inc. Prior, after starting her career at Day, Berry & Howard, a Hartford-based law firm, she served as a legal counsel for the employee benefits operations at CIGNA Corporation.

Lynda is active in civic affairs and serves as founder and chair of the Northside Institutions Neighborhood Alliance (NINA) in the Asylum Hill neighborhood of Hartford. Lynda is a member of the Board of Trustees of Simsbury, CT’s McLean, a continuum of healthy aging founded by late U.S. Sen. George McLean, immediate past president of The McLean Foundation, and she is past president of the Greater Hartford Arts Council.

Patrick MurphyPatrick Murphy
Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration

As Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, Pat is responsible for the finance, central billing operations, human resources and administration areas of the company. He is also a founder of the company and sits on the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Women's Health, Pat was Vice President, Financial Planning and Control at Value Health, a leading provider of specialty managed care benefit programs. In this capacity, he was involved in all aspects of the Finance organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, accounting policy, business operations, internal audit and merger acquisition activity.

Prior to joining Value Health, Pat had over 10 years experience at Arthur Andersen.

Pat is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in many civic and community organizations.

Michael PascettaMichael Pascetta
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer - Management Services Division

As Chief Financial Officer, Mike is responsible for overseeing the treasury, financial reporting and overall financial control environment of Women's Health Connecticut.

Prior to joining our team, Mike was Chief Financial Officer for Court Square Data Group, an information technology services and consulting company. He held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pharmedica, a medical education company that provided services to the pharmaceutical industry. Mike also held the position of Vice President and Controller of Familymeds, Inc., an integrated retail pharmacy chain and mail order/e-commerce pharmacy business. Mike began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he rose to the position of Manager in the Audit & Business Advisory Services Practice.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Brian PskowskiBrian Pskowski
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Brian is responsible for overseeing the treasury, payroll and financial reporting functions of Women's Health USA. He is also a founder of the company and sits on many of its subsidiary boards.

Brian was Director, Financial Planning and Control at Value Health, Inc., a leading provider of specialty managed care benefit programs. In this capacity he was involved in all aspects of the Finance organization including financial reporting, budgeting, accounting policy, business operations and merger and acquisition activity. He previously held the position of Director, Internal Audit.

Prior to joining Value Health in 1995, Brian was with Ernst & Young. In this capacity, he managed all aspects of client relationships and provided a full range of accounting, auditing and consulting services to many health care/managed care clients.

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Fred CalatayudFred Calatayud
Senior Vice President, Operations

As Senior Vice President, Fred is responsible for overseeing the Central Billing Office, supporting the Billing and Collections function for the Company and its subsidiaries. Fred also serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Management Services Division.

Prior to joining Women's Health, Fred was the Chief Operating Officer of Pequot Health Care, the healthcare division of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation - owners of Foxwoods Resort and Casino. In this capacity, he was responsible for the operations and information systems for third party administration, pharmacy benefit management, and mail service pharmacy divisions. Prior, he served as Chief Information Officer for the Yale New Haven Health Systems Management Service Organization - Physician Healthcare Alliance.

Prior to joining Physician Healthcare Alliance, Fred served in various information technology leadership positions for Community Health Care Plan, Blue Cross and Blue Shield's HMO affiliate.
