Robert E. PatricelliRobert E. Patricelli
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Bob is Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Women's Health USA. Its principal subsidiaries are Women's Health Connecticut and In Vitro Sciences. Prior to forming Women's Health USA, Bob was Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Value Health, a NYSE company and the nation's leading specialty managed care company. Founded in 1987, Bob directed Value Health's growth to a $2 billion multi-specialty organization covering 80 million lives for 6,000 customers, including more than 200 of the Fortune 500 companies. In 1997, Value Health was sold to Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation.

From 1977 to 1987, Bob served in a variety of positions at Connecticut General Corporation and its successor, CIGNA Corporation, culminating as Executive Vice President of the parent company and president of its health care group. Prior to CIGNA, Bob held appointments in numerous positions in the Federal Government, starting as a White House Fellow and serving as Minority Counsel to a U.S. Senate Subcommittee, Deputy Under Secretary of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, and as Administrator of the Urban Mass Transportation Administration.

Bob is a member of the Board of Directors of Northeast Utilities, Newman’s Own Foundation, Newman’s Own, Inc., and Prodigy Health Group, and a member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences.

Vicki BaldwinVicki Baldwin
President and Chief Executive Officer, In Vitro Sciences, Inc.
Senior Vice President, Women's Health USA

Vicki is President and CEO of In Vitro Sciences, which provides management services to advanced reproductive medical practices.

In 1985, Ms. Baldwin founded IntegraMed America, a public company where she developed and operated advanced reproductive medical practices. She served as an executive officer and director of the company for 10 years. Formerly, Ms. Baldwin was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.

She served for over 10 years as a member of the board of directors of The National Infertility Association, RESOLVE, a non-profit consumer group offering education, advocacy, and support to individuals experiencing infertility. She was elected Chair of the Board in 2001.

Nancy BernsteinNancy Bernstein
President & Chief Executive Officer, Women's Health Connecticut, Inc.
Senior Vice President, Women's Health USA

Nancy is President & CEO of Women's Health Connecticut, the joint venture management services organization for 160 OB-GYNs in Connecticut. In addition, she has responsibility for its multi-state clinical trials network. In 2003, Nancy participated in the formation of a captive professional liability company in Bermuda. She serves as President & Chairperson of the Board of that company.

Prior to joining Women's Health, Nancy held senior management positions at hospitals and health systems in the Northeast and Midwest, including at the University of Connecticut Health Center, where she served as Associate Vice President of Planning & Marketing, and Managed Care.

Nancy is active in many civic and community organizations, including serving on the boards of Leadership Greater Hartford, and United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut.

Fred CalatayudFred Calatayud
Senior Vice President, Chief Operations and Information Officer

As Senior Vice President, Chief Operations and Information Officer, Fred is responsible for managing the Central Billing Office, supporting the Billing and Collections function for the Company and its subsidiaries. He is also responsible for the strategic and operational directions of Information Technology for the company. Fred also oversees the Physician Solutions Division which is responsible for the Company's non-MSO customer relationships.

Prior to joining Women's Health, Fred was the Chief Operating Officer of Pequot Health Care, the healthcare division of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation - owners of Foxwoods Resort and Casino. In this capacity, he was responsible for the operations and information systems for third party administration, pharmacy benefit management, and mail service pharmacy divisions. Prior, he served as Chief Information Officer for the Yale New Haven Health Systems Management Service Organization - Physician Healthcare Alliance.

Prior to joining Physician Healthcare Alliance, Fred served in various information technology leadership positions for Community Health Care Plan, Blue Cross and Blue Shield's HMO affiliate.

Benjamin S. ColmanBenjamin S. Colman
President & Chief Executive Officer, Women's Health New York
Senior Vice President, Women's Health USA

Ben is the President and CEO of Women's Health New York, the management services organization for our New York subsidiary. He is also the Corporate Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development, a role in which he helps identify and plan business expansion opportunities.

Prior to joining our team, Ben was a Vice President with Travelers Insurance where he engaged in strategic work, helped design and run several large-scale program management offices, and led business transformation initiatives. Prior to Travelers, he served as Regional Executive Director, Healthcare Management Operations, for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Initially he developed and ran the healthcare management strategy program office, then managed seven operational units, in addition to leading several initiatives to implement standards, improve processes, and re-design organizations and functions.

Prior to his corporate roles, Ben spent seven years as a management consultant in a variety of industries, mostly with Accenture in their Change Management practice, where he worked for fortune 200 clients and the U.S. government.

Lynda GodkinLynda Godkin
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Lynda is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs for the company.

Prior to joining Women's Health USA, Lynda was senior vice president of state and community relations at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. following her role as senior vice president and general counsel of Hartford Life, Inc. Prior, after starting her career at Day, Berry & Howard (now Day Pitney), a Hartford-based law firm, she served as a legal counsel for the employee benefits operations at CIGNA Corporation.

Lynda is active in civic affairs and serves as founder and chair of the Northside Institutions Neighborhood Alliance (NINA) in the Asylum Hill neighborhood of Hartford. Lynda is a member of the Board of Trustees of Simsbury, CT's McLean, a continuum of healthy aging founded by late U.S. Sen. George McLean, immediate past president of The McLean Foundation, and she is past president of the Greater Hartford Arts Council.

Michael PascettaMichael Pascetta
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Mike is responsible for overseeing the treasury, finance, treasury, payroll, and reporting functions of the company. Mike also serves as a board member for many of the company's subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Women's Health, Mike was Chief Financial Officer for Court Square Data Group, an information technology services and consulting company. He held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pharmedica, a medical education company that provided services to the pharmaceutical industry. Mike also held the position of Vice President and Controller of Familymeds, Inc., an integrated retail pharmacy chain and mail order/e-commerce pharmacy business. Mike began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he rose to the position of Manager in the Audit & Business Advisory Services Practice.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Brian PskowskiBrian Pskowski
Executive Vice President, Finance and Administrative, In Vitro Sciences, Inc.
Senior Vice President, Women's Health USA

As Executive Vice President of In Vitro Sciences, Brian is responsible for overseeing the financial and central billing functions of In Vitro Sciences. He is also a founder and past Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Brian was Director, Financial Planning and Control at Value Health, Inc., a leading provider of specialty managed care benefit programs. In this capacity he was involved in all aspects of the Finance organization including financial reporting, budgeting, accounting policy, business operations and merger and acquisition activity. He previously held the position of Director, Internal Audit.

Prior to joining Value Health in 1995, Brian was a senior manager with Ernst & Young. In this capacity, he managed all aspects of client relationships and provided a full range of accounting, auditing and consulting services to many health care/managed care clients.

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
