Comprehensive payroll and human resource (HR) services.

Standard policies and procedures and HR handbooks.
We provide guidance on disciplinary issues, facilitating training, and making new employees aware of office policies and procedures. These and many more tasks are made immensely easier with our proven materials. We also provide:
  • Expert assistance on major issues such as employment policies and procedures, position descriptions, new policies and procedures, disciplinary issues and documentation, unemployment paperwork and processes, and preparation of all required government reports. We provide annual performance review guidelines and forms, employment documents, ongoing maintenance and updates to the Employee Handbook, and will coordinate with recruitment firms.

Negotiating the right benefits programs at the right prices is essential in today's market, as is stabilization of premiums. For benefits renewal, 401(k)s, FMLA and ADA, COBRA and Worker's Compensation, we make sure you're covered.

Benefits Renewal
Whether it's organizing all aspects of the benefit program review to assisting in open enrollment, we'll manage the entire process of making sure you have the right benefits program for your practice.

401(k)
As the primary liaison to your financial advisor or vendor, we'll review pension investment options on an on-going basis, facilitate enrollment, process distributions and withdrawals, as well as respond to employee questions and facilitate answers from your financial advisor.

FMLA, ADA and COBRA
These areas require a close eye on both State and Federal regulations. We'll handle all the necessary paperwork, receive and track benefit payments, monitor/track employees on leave or on COBRA, as well as train practice staff in regulation guidelines and eligibility.

Worker's Compensation
We'll provide guidance to practice management relating to first report of injury, supply data and compensation information as to your insurance carrier, as well as maintain comprehensive records in compliance with both State and Federal regulations.
