Women's Health USA was founded in 1997 to be the leading business outsourcer for women's health physicians, enabling physicians to focus on providing the best in clinical care. Since our founding, we have grown in capabilities and scope. Today, we are the largest physician practice management company dedicated to the women's health profession in the country, and we manage two of the nation's leading in vitro fertilization centers. In addition, we provide billing and collection services to an increasing number of physicians in other areas of medicine, including cardiology, family practice, anesthesiology and more.
 Our principal outside investor is The Sprout Group. The Sprout Group is the venture capital affiliate of Credit Suisse First Boston, a leading technology investment bank. Founded in 1969, the Sprout Group raised its first venture fund of $12 million more than 30 years ago.
Janet A. Hickey is a general partner at the Sprout Group, which she joined in 1985. Janet joined the Women's Health USA board of directors in 1997.
The company's other investor is founder and CEO, Robert E. Patricelli.
